Nigerian Airlines Refund Over 1 Billion Naira to Passengers in 3 Months - NCAA Reveals

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) disclosed that domestic airlines in Nigeria have refunded over 1 billion naira to passengers within a three-month period. Michael Achimugu, the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection at NCAA, made this announcement in Abuja.

The refunds were made in compliance with Part 19 of the NCAA regulations. This significant volume of refunds highlights the commitment of airlines to enforcing passenger rights and building trust within the aviation industry.
