APC Chieftain Urges INEC Chairman to Resist Intimidation Ahead of Elections

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Olatunbosun Oyintiloy, has advised the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan, to resist intimidation from politicians, especially the opposition.

Oyintiloy urged Amupitan to uphold integrity, courage, and fairness in the electoral process to prevent undue pressure and ensure free and fair elections. He commended the appointment of Amupitan by President Bola Tinubu, emphasizing the need for a credible electoral process in upcoming elections in Osun, Anambra, and Ekiti.
