APC to Secure All Positions in 2027 Elections - Emegha

Stanley Okoro Emegha, the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ebonyi State, declared that the APC will clear all elective positions in the 2027 general elections. Speaking in Abakaliki, Emegha described opposition parties as scavengers seeking money and asserted that the APC remains a formidable force with credible candidates.

He argued that the opposition, which failed woefully in the 2023 general elections, will be defeated again in 2027. Emegha urged the public to disregard propaganda and rumors regarding the party's candidates.

He confirmed that a committee is responsible for conducting the party's primaries, and the names of candidates will be published by the national secretariat soon. Emegha also mentioned that a meeting with stakeholders, including Chief Martin Elechi, took place until late at night to finalize candidate agreements for the upcoming elections.
