Ebonyi Governor's Wife Enrolls 10,000 Pregnant Women in Health Insurance Scheme

The wife of the Ebonyi State Governor, Mrs. Uzoamaka Nwifuru, launched the enrollment of 10,000 pregnant women in the Ebonyi State Health Insurance Scheme to reduce maternal and child mortality rates.

The initiative, in partnership with the Ebonyi State Health Insurance Agency and Berwo Foundation, aims to provide quality antenatal, delivery, and postnatal care to women in rural areas. This project demonstrates the government's commitment to ensuring the health and safety of women and children in Ebonyi State.
