Ebonyi NANS Endorses Olisa Nwuruku for Senate Presidency

During a stakeholder forum held at Ebonyi State University in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi chapter of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) unanimously endorsed Olisa Nwuruku as the sole candidate for the Senate Presidency. The meeting brought together past and present student leaders and representatives from various student unions.

The forum, chaired by Okoro Joshua Offor, issued a communiqué after extensive deliberations, emphasizing Nwuruku's competence, experience, and commitment to advancing the Nigerian student movement. Stakeholders expressed confidence that Nwuruku would lead a vibrant and effective legislative body capable of promoting the welfare and rights of Nigerian students.

Nwuruku, who previously served as the Student Union Government President at Ebonyi State University, thanked the stakeholders for their support and pledged to focus on reforms, transparency, and stability within the student body. He committed to ensuring that the Senate becomes a stronger advocate for Nigerian students.
