Dr Ifeanyi Odii Promises Transformation for Ebonyi State

Dr Ifeanyi Odii, the governorship candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party in the upcoming election on February 6, 2027, has pledged to revamp the healthcare, education, and agriculture sectors of Ebonyi State if elected. Speaking to party members in Abakaliki, he emphasized that the state belongs to its people and criticized the current governance for allowing a select few to dictate the fate of over five million residents.

Odii committed to an issues-based campaign, rejecting hate and violence, and called for a collective effort to liberate the state from underdevelopment. He expressed concern over the current government's use of hunger and poverty as means of control, particularly affecting the youth, and vowed to foster an inclusive administration that prioritizes the welfare of all citizens.

He urged the people to remain hopeful and united in their quest for change, asserting that no political ambition justifies violence against citizens.
