Ebonyi to Deliver 95% Votes for Tinubu in 2027 Election

David Umahi, the former governor of Ebonyi State, declared that the state will provide 95% of its votes to Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 presidential election. During an inspection of ongoing construction on the Abaomog-Akpoha-Afikpo road, Umahi urged Governor Francis Nwifuru to lead a robust campaign to ensure this outcome.

He criticized past electoral mistakes and asserted that the people of Ebonyi would not repeat history. Umahi emphasized the importance of Tinubu's administration for the Southeast and called on leaders to support Tinubu's re-election, stating that the region must engage with the mainstream Nigerian politics.

He expressed confidence that the current administration would deliver significant projects that would benefit the people of Ebonyi, urging a serious campaign to inform the youth and elite about the opportunities available.
