Customers Demand Refunds from Bliss Legacy in Edo State

Customers of Bliss Legacy, a real estate firm, have accused the company of failing to allocate plots of land for which they paid, demanding refunds amounting to millions of naira. Anna Tuale, one of the aggrieved customers, staged a protest at the company's Obakhavbaye office in Benin, Edo State, seeking a refund of N2.35 million after being promised land and documentation following her payment in October 2025.

Despite additional fees for grading, she found the land unprepared when taken to the site on January 3, 2026. Fidelis Idehen, who purchased land in May 2023 and November 2024, is seeking a refund of N1.71 million after not receiving his allocations.

Faith Ofideh, who paid through a payment plan over three years, also reported unfulfilled promises and is demanding N2,020,400. Oluwadamilare David, manager of Bliss Legacy's Obakhavbaye office, stated that customers seeking refunds should contact the company's legal advisor.
