EFCC to Arraign Ngige Over Alleged Bail Breach

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is set to arraign Ngige for allegedly breaching bail conditions following a raid on his Abuja residence. Ngige lost his passport, affecting his travel to the United States for medical treatment.

Despite securing an emergency travel document from the Nigerian High Commission in London, Ngige reportedly failed to submit a letter explaining the passport loss to the EFCC. The agency maintains that Ngige fully cooperated but plans to charge him in court.
