Wike Commends Tinubu's Leadership on Eid-el-Fitr

During the Eid-el-Fitr celebrations, Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), commended President Bola Tinubu for his leadership and the implementation of the "Renew Hope" agenda, which aims to improve the lives of residents in Abuja and enhance security in the territory. Wike expressed confidence that the current policies would continue to yield positive results and offered prayers for guidance for the nation's leadership.

He emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and harmony among residents, regardless of political, ethnic, or religious affiliations, especially as the country approaches the 2027 general elections. Wike noted that political activities would intensify in the FCT during this period and urged the public to uphold peaceful behavior.

He acknowledged the efforts of security agencies in ensuring a safe environment for celebrations and daily activities, reaffirming the administration's commitment to protecting lives and property in the FCT.
