Wike Urges FCT Residents to Support Tinubu's Projects

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), called on residents to continue supporting President Bola Tinubu, citing significant infrastructure developments in satellite towns around Abuja. During an inspection tour along the Bwari-Kubwa road, Wike assured residents that the administration is dedicated to improving living conditions through tangible benefits.

He noted that the government is shifting focus to satellite towns to address long-standing concerns about uneven development. Wike expressed satisfaction with the ongoing road projects in areas such as Karu, Apo, Karshi, and Bwari, which have significantly reduced travel times and enhanced connectivity between satellite towns and the city center.

He also addressed concerns regarding real estate development in the territory, dismissing calls for a new regulatory body and emphasizing the need to strengthen existing structures. Wike assured residents that complaints regarding malpractices would be addressed appropriately.

He concluded by extending goodwill to the Muslim community for Ramadan and stressing the importance of collective support for national development.
