Zamfara State Approves Early Salary Payments for Eid

The Zamfara State Government, under the leadership of Governor Dauda Lawal, has announced the early payment of March salaries for civil servants and pension beneficiaries to facilitate adequate preparations for the Eid-el-Fitr celebrations. This decision was communicated through a statement signed by Muhammad Dantawasa, the state Commissioner for Information and Culture, on Monday.

Governor Lawal reaffirmed the administration's commitment to the welfare of civil servants and pensioners, ensuring that the government will continue to prioritize policies that improve their retirement benefits. He also urged civil servants and pension beneficiaries to support government policies aimed at promoting peace, unity, and sustainable development in Zamfara State.

The announcement concluded with festive greetings from the Zamfara State Government, wishing civil servants and pensioners a peaceful and joyous Eid-el-Fitr celebration. Other states, including Kano and Kogi, have also approved early salary payments for civil servants ahead of the Eid festivities.
