EKEDC Appoints Olubunmi Peters as Board Chairman and Wola Joseph-Condotti as Interim CEO

Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has undergone a significant leadership transition with the appointment of Olubunmi Peters as the new Board Chairman and Wola Joseph-Condotti as the Interim CEO. The previous board, led by Dr.

Dere Otubu, resigned, leading to this change. The new board includes prominent figures like Prof.

Georg Nwangwu, Faruk Aliyu, Kolapo Joseph, Rashe Olaoluwa, and Ayo Gbeleyi. Rekhiat Momoh stepped down from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Wola Joseph-Condotti has been appointed as the Interim CEO.
