Oyebanji Launches Re-Election Campaign in Ekiti State

Biodun Oyebanji, the Governor of Ekiti State, has officially begun his re-election campaign across the 16 local government areas of the state, highlighting the importance of continuity in governance for sustainable development. His campaign, which commenced in Ikole Ekiti, aims to showcase the benefits of his administration's policies and projects over the past three and a half years.

Oyebanji has promised to continue delivering transformative projects in infrastructure, education, and agriculture if re-elected on June 20. He cautioned against violence during the elections and expressed gratitude to the people of Ikole for their support.

Sola Elesin, the APC state chairman, endorsed Oyebanji's achievements and urged the electorate to vote en masse for the governor. Youth leader Valentin David also praised Oyebanji's contributions to youth development and other sectors.

The election will see Oyebanji contesting against 13 political parties.
