Fayose Accuses INEC of PVC Manipulation for APC

Ayo Fayose, the former governor of Ekiti State, raised allegations against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) regarding the distribution of uncollected Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to members of the All Progressives Congress (APC). This claim was made during a video shared on Saturday, coinciding with the commencement of the Ekiti governorship election, which features incumbent governor Biodun Oyebanji of the APC.

Fayose accused INEC of engaging in widespread manipulation by distributing unclaimed voter cards to ensure that no opposition party could win the election. He further alleged that APC members were offering N20,000 for voter cards to influence the voting process.

The situation has raised concerns about the integrity of the electoral process in Nigeria, particularly in Ekiti State.
