Isaac Fayose Alerts EFCC on Alleged Vote-Buying in Ekiti

Isaac Fayose, the gubernatorial candidate for Ekiti State, has raised an alarm regarding an alleged plot by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to buy votes in the upcoming election scheduled for Saturday. In a video posted on his official Facebook page on Thursday, Fayose, who is the younger brother of former governor Ayo Fayose, stated that he has received credible information indicating that the APC has concluded plans to induce voters with money.

He has called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to take action against these alleged vote-buyers during the election. Fayose expressed concern about the state of the country, lamenting that it remains underdeveloped due to the actions of bad people who rig elections, preventing capable candidates from gaining power.

He emphasized the need for a fair electoral system to ensure that the best candidates are elected.
