INEC Uploads 2,128 Polling Unit Results for Ekiti Election

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded results from 2,128 polling units out of a total of 2,445 for the governorship election in Ekiti State. This upload occurred on Saturday at 9 PM, with the results available for public viewing on the iREV portal.

The data indicates that 87.03% of the polling unit results have been made accessible, while results from 317 polling units are yet to be uploaded. The election involves candidates from major political parties, including the All Progressives Congress (APC), African Democratic Congress (ADC), and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

INEC has assured stakeholders that the results will continue to be uploaded transparently on the iREV portal, allowing political parties and election observers to monitor the process. As of the latest update, the APC is reported to have a clear lead across all 16 local government areas in the state.
