Funmi Ekundayo Named President of Corporate Secretaries International Association, Reinforcing Nigeria's Corporate Governance Achievements

Funmi Ekundayo, a seasoned corporate executive, has been named the President of the Corporate Secretaries International Association (CSIA), a prestigious global body representing corporate secretaries across four continents. With a background in law and over 29 years of professional experience, Ekundayo has held key leadership roles in various organizations, including STL Capital Group.

Her appointment reinforces Nigeria's achievements in corporate governance and financial services. Ekundayo's impressive credentials include a Harvard Business School alumna and serving on the governing council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

She is the first female to hold the position of President in ICSAN's 57-year history.
