Mourinho Praises Real Madrid After El Clásico Victory
Real Madrid manager José Mourinho praised his players following their 2-1 victory over Barcelona in El Clásico at the Camp Nou. Kylian Mbappé scored the opening goal, and after Raphinha equalized for Barcelona in the second half, Mbappé secured the win with a late goal.
Mourinho described the performance as extraordinary, commending his players for their organization, composure, and courage against Barcelona's aggressive pressing. He noted that Real Madrid's mentality should focus on winning La Liga rather than just individual matches, warning against complacency after the victory.
Mourinho also discussed his tactical approach, instructing Eduardo Camavinga to attack space effectively, which proved successful. This win brings Real Madrid within three points of Barcelona in the La Liga standings, significantly boosting their title ambitions.
