El-Rufai Escalates Police Misconduct Issue, Petitions Higher Authority

Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has lodged a petition against the state police command with the Police Service Commission (PSC) citing unprofessional conduct and abuse of office. El-Rufai accused the police of violating the Police Act and engaging in actions contrary to their duties.

The petition highlighted concerns over the conduct of the police commissioner and officers since December 30, 2024. El-Rufai emphasized the need for accountability and ethical conduct within law enforcement.
