Hajiya Umma El-Rufai's Burial Announced in Abuja

Hajiya Umma El-Rufai, the mother of former Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, passed away last week in Cairo, Egypt, after a prolonged illness. The family confirmed her death and announced that her burial rites will be held at Gudu Cemetery in Apo, Abuja.

The Janazah prayer for Hajiya Umma will take place at Nation Mosque in the Central Area of Abuja at 1 PM. Hon.

Moham Bello El-Rufai, representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency, made the announcement on Saturday night, expressing gratitude for the prayers and visits received during this time. The family requested that the announcement be made in the name of Allah, invoking the phrase "Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un," which translates to "Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we will return.".
