Embraer Reports 38% Profit Increase in Q2 2026

Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer recorded a 38.4% increase in adjusted net income, reaching $218.6 million in the second quarter of 2026, up from $158 million in Q2 2025. This growth was attributed to a 23% year-on-year revenue increase to $2.2 billion, marking the highest revenue for a second quarter in the company's history.
Embraer reported adjusted free cash flow, excluding Eve, of $401 million. The company cited stronger operating performance, significant sales-related pre-downpayment inflows, and an extraordinary tax credit as key factors for its performance.
As a result, Embraer raised its financial guidance for 2026, now expecting an adjusted EBIT margin between 10% and 10.6% and adjusted free cash flow of $400 million or higher. The firm order backlog increased to a record $34.5 billion, a 16% rise from Q2 2025.
During the quarter, Embraer delivered 65 aircraft, a 17% increase from the previous year, with 20 being commercial and 45 executive jets.
