Emenike Joins ADC to Combat Nigeria's Leadership Crisis

Ikechi Emenike has announced his decision to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to contribute to salvaging Nigeria from what he describes as "miserable leadership." This announcement was made in response to statements from a group questioning his membership in the ADC, which he labeled as pure blackmail. Emenike clarified that he is not seeking any political position within the ADC but aims to collaborate with political leaders to prevent Nigeria from further decline.

He expressed discontent with the current leadership under the APC, criticizing its performance and the perceived Igbo-phobic tendencies of its leadership. Emenike has a significant political following in Abia State, having built a reputation over the past 20 years, and he has been instrumental in bringing federal educational institutions to the region.

He warned against faceless groups that may attempt to malign his character, indicating a readiness to pursue legal action if necessary.
