The ongoing campaign by Nesvixion Properties aims to provide targeted interventions to enhance artisans' skills and equip them with essential tools, enabling them to deliver higher quality work. The real estate construction sector in Nigeria faces persistent challenges due to poor workmanship, which stems from a gap in practical skills and access to the right tools among artisans already active in the field.

The campaign, which successfully concluded in February, is designed to run every two months, building momentum toward a grand final in December that will celebrate excellence and showcase improved craftsmanship. This initiative is part of a broader commitment to raise standards within the construction space and contribute to long-term solutions for better skilled workers and higher quality housing across Nigeria.
