NNPP Denounces Kwankwaso's Claims Against Tinubu

The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has issued a strong rebuttal to allegations made by former Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso, which suggested that Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) are sponsoring legal actions against the party. In a statement released on Tuesday from the party's national secretariat in Lagos, NNPP spokesman Ogini Olaposi dismissed these claims as "empty blackmail." The party's response follows comments made by Buba Galadima, who accused Tinubu and the APC of orchestrating litigation to hinder the NNPP's progress.

Olaposi emphasized the importance of party unity, urging members to return and strengthen the party as it prepares for the 2027 general elections. He also highlighted that the NNPP has begun re-registering members in line with INEC guidelines to enhance its electoral structure and success.
