EMT Foundation Offers Free Medical Care to 2,000 People

The EMT Foundation, led by Dr. Esther Matthew Tonlagha, has initiated a free medical program in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Delta State, targeting 2,000 individuals in need of medical assistance.

This five-day program includes medical check-ups and surgeries, emphasizing the foundation's mission to support grassroots communities facing health challenges due to high costs. The initiative is part of a broader effort to empower and sustain social development within the region.

During the closing ceremony, Dr. Tonlagha expressed her satisfaction with the program's alignment to the foundation's core mission, which includes empowering communities and ensuring access to healthcare.

Beneficiaries, such as Chief Victoria Eguen and Mr. Jayman Jemi, shared their positive experiences, highlighting the hope and relief provided by the foundation's efforts.

The EMT Foundation aims to continue addressing social injustices and improving primary healthcare in rural Nigeria through collaboration with government and development partners.
