Emmanuel Petit Urges Arsenal to Replace Key Players

Emmanuel Petit, a former Arsenal player, has expressed concerns regarding the current squad's performance and identified players that should be replaced in the next transfer window. He noted that Arsenal has not won a major trophy since 2020 and has finished second in the Premier League for the last three seasons.

Petit highlighted the need for Arsenal to strengthen their wing positions, particularly in light of Bukayo Saka's injury. He mentioned that while players like Noni Madueke are decent, they do not rank among the elite in their positions.

Petit specifically pointed out that Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard also do not meet the high standards required. He suggested that Arsenal should pursue talent similar to that of players from Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain to improve their chances in competitions like the UEFA Champions League and the Premier League.
