AEP Launches Fundraising for Esanland Development Projects

The Esan Professionals Association (AEP) is intensifying its development efforts with a major fundraising program scheduled for July, aimed at mobilizing resources for development projects and strengthening social and educational interventions across five local government areas in Esanland, Edo State. Barrister Emmanuel Ogbebor, the chairman of the fundraising committee, described the event as a collective call for service among Esan professionals in Nigeria and the diaspora, encouraging them to unite for a common vision of sustainable development.

The AEP has recently donated two Bajaj motorcycles to Esan youth and is committed to investing heavily in education. In 2025, AEP plans to launch an educational grant program for tertiary students across Nigeria, with 50 students from five local government areas receiving N150,000 each.

The program aims to alleviate the financial burden on students' families and inspire youth to pursue educational leadership opportunities. AEP also plans to increase the number of beneficiaries to 100 students annually.
