Esanland Farmers Back SDP’s Idumonza Isidahomhen for Edo Central Senate Seat

Farmers in Esanland have thrown their support behind Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate Idumonza Isidahomhen for the Edo Central Senate seat. The endorsement, which came during a meeting in Ekpoma, was led by the state chairman of the farmer association, Henry Ebole.

The farmers praised Idumonza's track record and knowledge of agricultural issues affecting the Esan community, stating that he is a qualified contender to represent Edo Central in the Senate. Idumonza has pledged to transform Esanland into a leading producer of at least two key crops in Nigeria, promising to generate jobs, boost farmer income, and increase government revenue.

Analysts believe that Idumonza's candidacy is gaining momentum in the agricultural sector. This support from the farmers is seen as a significant political boost for Idumonza ahead of the upcoming elections.
