Awoyinfa Opeoluwa Declares Candidacy for NANS Presidency

Awoyinfa Opeoluwa, a former student union leader at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, has officially declared his intention to contest for the presidency of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS). He made this announcement during a press conference on Saturday, outlining his manifesto aimed at advocating for the rights and welfare of Nigerian students.

Awoyinfa emphasized a student-centered leadership approach, advocating for collaboration among student unions and addressing critical issues such as tuition hikes and the learning environment. His campaign slogan, "Vox Populi, Vox Dei," reflects his commitment to ensuring that student voices are heard in decision-making processes.

He called for collective action among student leaders nationwide to support his vision and strengthen advocacy for student rights. Awoyinfa concluded his declaration by urging students to unite for positive change in the student movement across Nigeria.
