Abdulaziz Nyako Leaves ADC, Joins APC in Adamawa

Abdulaziz Nyako, a former senator representing Adamawa Central in the 8th National Assembly, has officially left the African Democratic Congress (ADC) just months after his initial membership. He announced his decision on Sunday, stating he will be joining the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Nyako, who is popularly known as "Command," cited factional issues within the Adamawa State chapter of the ADC as a significant reason for his departure. During a press conference, he addressed journalists and mentioned the need for strong leadership in the state, which he believes the APC can provide.

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri confirmed Nyako's membership in the APC, emphasizing the necessity of bringing strong leaders like Nyako into the party to enhance its influence and governance in the state.
