Abdulaziz Nyako Rejoins APC from ADC in Adamawa

Abdulaziz Nyako, a former lawmaker representing Adamawa Central in the 8th National Assembly, has officially announced his departure from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to rejoin the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State. This decision, made public on a Sunday, was influenced by unresolved faction disputes within the ADC.

Nyako had initially joined the ADC just a month prior after leaving the APC. His return to the APC marks a significant shift in the political landscape of Adamawa State as the region approaches the next electoral cycle.

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri confirmed this development, emphasizing that bringing Nyako back into the APC is part of efforts to strengthen the party's structure in the state. Fintiri noted that Nyako's political experience and grassroots influence are critical for consolidating the APC's position in Adamawa.

Nyako has completed the formalities of rejoining the APC and is now carrying the party's membership card.
