For an 11pm deadline, deal sheets can be submitted from 9pm, with full documentation due by 1am. International transfers must comply with FIFA's midnight deadline via the Transfer Matching System.

Clubs must submit essential documents, including player contracts and transfer agreements, to the Premier League, which checks compliance with its rules and those of the Football Association and FIFA. Players needing work permits must secure approval before registration.
