EXPLAINER: Why Anambra is missing from INEC’s ongoing PVC online pre-registration

Anambra is absent from the ongoing online pre-registration for Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) due to the state's unique electoral calendar.
