INEC records 69,376 registrants hours after Obi urges Nigerians to get PVC
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) saw a surge in registrations, with 69,376 new registrants within hours of former presidential candidate Peter Obi urging Nigerians to get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVC).
