FAAN Launches Management Retreat for Sustainable Growth

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has initiated a management retreat to enhance operational efficiency and promote sustainable growth. The retreat, which commenced on June 5, 2026, is themed "Consolidating Gains for Institutional Sustainable Growth" and will last for three days.

It aims to bring together FAAN's senior management team to evaluate the authority's transformation journey and strengthen institutional capacity. The retreat will focus on critical discussions regarding FAAN's future, sustainable reforms, and the examination of global and African airport development trends.

Henri Agbebir, the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, stated that the sessions will provide an opportunity for a comprehensive review of the progress made under the Managing Director and Chief Executive's transformation pillars, emphasizing the need to embed sustainable growth and operational excellence for long-term value creation across Nigeria's airports.
