FAAN Enhances Airport Security Through Stakeholder Collaboration

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is taking steps to strengthen airport security by fostering collaboration among various stakeholders in the legal and security sectors. This initiative aims to improve arrest procedures and the prosecution process within the aviation sector.

A high-level engagement was convened to discuss the theme of enhancing judicial administration and law enforcement within airport environments. Key participants included Mr.

Olubunmi Kuku, the Managing Director of FAAN, and ACP Afegbai Albert Igbaf, the Director of Aviation Security Services. The discussions focused on examining practical measures to enhance regulatory compliance and justice delivery across airport facilities nationwide.
