FAAN and Airlines Collaborate to Enhance Airport Services

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) held a meeting with members of the International Airlines Association Nigeria at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, to strengthen operational protocols and improve passenger experiences at the nation’s airports. Henri Agbebir, the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection at FAAN, facilitated the interactive session, which aimed to foster collaboration in service delivery.

The meeting provided a platform for participants to discuss issues of mutual benefit affecting airport operations and passenger services. Airline representatives raised concerns regarding inadequate signage related to ongoing landside construction work and insufficient lift shuttle services, which have impacted the airport's operations.

FAAN assured stakeholders that it would review the complaints raised during the meeting and work towards improving service delivery and operational standards across airports nationwide.
