FAAN Boosts Airport Security and Customer Service for Festive Season

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is implementing security and customer service measures at airports nationwide, especially at Lagos airport, to manage the increased holiday traffic. FAAN's Director of Public Affairs, Henri Agbebir, mentioned the reinforcement of security, deployment of additional customer service staff, and collaboration with agencies like Nigeria Customs Service and Nigeria Immigration Service.

The aim is to provide a seamless travel experience, including for Nigerian diaspora returning home. FAAN assures passengers of its commitment to minimizing disruptions.
