Fayose and Ojudu Endorse Oyebanji for Second Term

On Wednesday, Ayodele Fayose, the former governor of Ekiti State, and Babafemi Ojudu, the ex-special adviser to the president on political matters, endorsed Biodun Oyebanji's re-election bid for governor during the final leg of Oyebanji's campaign tour at the Ekiti Parapo Pavilion in Ado Ekiti. Fayose commended Oyebanji's impactful governance, stating he deserves a second term in office.

He emphasized that despite not being a member of the APC, he recognizes the governor's commendable performance and urged support for his continued leadership until 2030. Ojudu, representing the APC, described Oyebanji as humble and committed to the welfare of the people.

Opeyemi Bamidele, the campaign council chairman, called for intensified mobilization efforts across the state, highlighting Oyebanji's achievements in infrastructure and human capital development. Sola Elesin, the APC state chairman, expressed confidence in securing overwhelming votes in the Ado Ekiti local government area, attributing this to Oyebanji's significant contributions to the party's acceptance in the state.
