Wike Commits to Abuja Projects Under Tinubu's Directive

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), declared on Tuesday that he would continue to deliver projects in Abuja, adhering to directives from President Bola Tinubu. Wike made this statement during the commissioning of ten projects across the FCT, marking Tinubu's third anniversary in office.

He emphasized that political factors would not influence the execution of these projects, stating, "no politics, no politics." Wike assured that the landscape of the Federal Capital Territory would change significantly by the end of Tinubu's first term on May 29, 2027. He expressed confidence that the projects would transform Abuja, attributing the progress to the leadership of President Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The projects included the construction of service carriageways and the Southern Parkway Arterial Road S20, among others.
