Tinubu Lauds Wike's Road Projects in Abuja for Residents

President Bola Tinubu praised Minister Nyesom Wike for his execution of road projects in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), which he stated are enhancing the living standards of residents and alleviating traffic congestion in Abuja. This statement was made on Monday during a commissioning event for the rehabilitation and expansion of the road network at the Karu interchange, near the Custom Clinic junction.

Tinubu emphasized that these projects reflect the administration's commitment to improving infrastructure and the quality of life for Nigerians. He noted that the initiatives are a direct response to urban congestion issues and aim to uplift living standards.

The projects, particularly in the Karu corridor, are designed to reduce travel time and stimulate economic activity in the area. Additionally, solar-powered streetlights have been installed to enhance security and safety for road users.

Tinubu acknowledged the rapid pace of infrastructure development under Wike's leadership and urged residents to protect the infrastructure from vandalism.
