NLC and TUC to Hold Solidarity Rally in Abuja Over FCT Strike

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress Nigeria (TUC) are set to hold a solidarity rally in Abuja following the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) strike. The Joint Union Action Committee (JUAC) comprising members from both unions has vowed to continue the struggle for workers' rights.

They demand the remittance of the National Housing Fund (NHF) and pension deductions as required by law. The rally aims to show support for the workers and condemn any attempts to suppress their rights.

Comrade Benson Upah and Comrade General Natoro emphasized the unions' commitment to the cause and urged members to stand firm. The rally is scheduled to take place at the premises of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) in Abuja.
