Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda Matriculates 1,450 Students

On Friday, Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda in Zamfara State held a matriculation ceremony for 1,450 students admitted into various National Higher Diploma programs for the 2025/2026 academic session. The event was presided over by the Rector, Dr.

Aminu Yusuf, who addressed the media regarding the institution's achievements, including enhanced security measures and the completion of an ICT center. Dr.

Yusuf commended the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for accrediting 38 programs over the past year and acknowledged the Zamfara State government's efforts in constructing modern hostels for students. He also praised Hon.

Abdulmalik Zubairu, a lawmaker representing the Bungudu/Maru Federal Constituency, for facilitating the procurement of five motor boreholes for the polytechnic. Dr.

Yusuf urged the new intake of students to adhere to the law and avoid social vices that could tarnish the institution's image.
