Key mistakes include relying on unofficial sources for job announcements, submitting inaccurate information, and paying individuals who claim they can influence recruitment. The FCC emphasized the importance of verifying recruitment announcements through recognized government platforms and warned against late applications that could lead to incomplete submissions.

Additionally, applicants were advised to thoroughly review their personal details and qualifications before submission, as errors could affect their eligibility. The FCC clarified that it does not recruit staff for federal ministries, departments, or agencies, and reiterated that concerns about fairness in recruitment must be addressed through established procedures.
