YEIDEP Warns Public of Fraudulent N500,000 Grant Flyer

The Federal Government's Youth Employment and Innovative Development Programme (YEIDEP), represented by Comrade Kennedi Iyer, has issued a press statement distancing itself from a fraudulent flyer that falsely claims to offer a N500,000 grant. Iyer described the flyer as the work of criminal elements aiming to deceive and defraud unsuspecting members of the public.

The misleading material bore the logos of the Federal Ministry of Youth Development and Fidelity Bank PLC, creating a false appearance of authenticity. Iyer emphasized that YEIDEP has no partnership or initiative related to the advertisement circulating online.

The organization urged the public to disregard the flyer and remain vigilant against fraudulent schemes. YEIDEP reaffirmed its commitment to transparency in its operations and advised Nigerians to verify information regarding its programs through official channels, including major national newspapers and the Federal Ministry of Youth Development's official website.
