Nigerian Fighters Gear Up for PFL Africa Debut in Lagos

Ahead of PFL Africa's historic debut in Lagos, Nigeria, fighters participated in a press conference at Eko Hotel, delivering bold statements about their upcoming bouts. The event, set to take place at Eko Convention Center, is described as the largest MMA event in West African history.

The card features an opening round of the bantamweight and lightweight tournaments, alongside several showcase bouts. Notable matchups include Nigeria's Wasi Adeshina (10-3) facing Spain's Ignacio Nacho Campo (7-2) and Patrick Star Boi Ochem (8-1) against Cameroon’s Octav Bantu Warrior Ayinda (7-1).

Fighters like Yahaya Smile Strong Yahuza (8-0) and Juliet Ukah (9-0) expressed their readiness to deliver exciting performances. Cornel Marin Thompson (11-3) and Alain Majoriqu (6-1) also made strong declarations about their fights.

PFL Africa's General Manager Elia Schulz emphasized the significance of the event for Nigerian MMA.
