Adamawa Governor Fintiri Forms 2026 Pilgrimage Delegation

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has approved the formation of a government delegation for the 2026 Christian pilgrimage to the Holy Land. The committee will be chaired by HRM Johnson Diyo Matalo, the Gubo Yungur, and includes members such as Senator Rev.

Amos Yohanna, Hon. Japhet Hammajabu, Mr.

Samuel Chinda, Rev. Father Anselm Kachalla, and Dr.

Bartholomew Nyalas as Secretary. Upon the committee's formation, Governor Fintiri congratulated its members, urging them to maintain high standards of integrity, discipline, and patriotism.

He emphasized the importance of representing the government and the people of Adamawa State honorably and responsibly. The Governor advised the committee to work closely with the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission and other relevant authorities to ensure the welfare and safety of all pilgrims.
