Kano State Fire Service Recovers Body of Missing Three-Year-Old in Tragic Incident

In Kano, the State Fire Service retrieved the body of a three-year-old boy, Abdura Uf Badamasi, who had gone missing in Wangara Village, Tofa Local Government Area. The service director, Alhaji Sani Ana, confirmed the recovery in a statement released by the Public Relations Officer, Alhaji Saminu Abdullahi.

The incident began with a distress call reporting the boy's disappearance on a Friday morning, leading to a prompt rescue operation. The rescue team quickly deployed to the scene and found the child missing since Thursday evening.

Despite efforts to save him, the boy was discovered unconscious and later pronounced dead. The Kano State Fire Service expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family and advised residents to secure open wells and hazardous areas, especially to protect children.
