Palmpai Nigeria Empowers Women with Fintech Skills

Palmpai Nigeria organized the third edition of the Purple Woman Masterclass, designed to equip young women with essential skills for the digital profession within the fintech sector. Managing Director Chika Nwosu initiated the program to address the low representation of women in fintech and the broader technology ecosystem.

Nwosu highlighted the importance of bridging the gender gap and expressed a desire to see more women in leadership positions within the fintech industry. This initiative is part of Palmpai's broader effort to create an inclusive digital economy and empower women through technology-driven skills.

The event was held in commemoration of the 2026 International Women’s Day, reinforcing the commitment to fostering women's participation in the financial technology sector and producing long-term social and economic impacts.
